We guarantee all of our guitars, amps and effects to be exactly as described. Should you purchase from us and find that the item is not exactly as described, we will refund your full purchase price immediately upon return of that item, providing said item is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. You will have a 24 hour inspection period from the time your package is delivered to inform us of our mistake. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items returned that do not qualify. Deposits received on layaways are non refundable.
