Gibson Custom ES-345

B.B. King's original axe... Chuck Berry, Freddie King, Pete Townshend and even Marty McFly found Rock 'n Roll heaven with the original Blues maker, Gibson's ES-345.

Gibson invented the semi-hollowbody electric guitar in 1958, offering players the perfect combination of traditional archtop looks and powerful solidbody performance. The ES-345 debuted in 1959 with Vari-tone electronics and double-parallelogram inlay, in response to demand for an upgrade on the revolutionary new semi-hollowbody design of the ES-335.

No matter how you play it...It ROCKS! Today's ES-335 and ES-345 continue to provide the tone and the look that inspires musicians in Blues, Rock, Rockabilly, Country and Jazz.

With all the magic and vibe of the original design 1959 Center Block Double Cutaway, "Thin" Semi Hollow body, a '60s slim profile Mahogany neck, Green Key tuners, tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece', this Gibson Custom Shop ES-345 features the best of Gibson in 40 years. It just doesn't get any better!

2 '57 Classic humbuckers with 6-position Vari-tone switch, stereo and mono jacks, and all-maple semi-hollowbody let this Gibson classic belt out the blues like nobody's business. Parallelogram Pearloid inlays on the bound rosewood fretboard, gold hardware, long guard, multi-ply top binding, and bound back provide sumptuous looks.
